Article 1 (Scope)

(hereinafter collectively referred to as "BoostDraft", "us" or "our"). When BoostDraft receives a request from you for disclosure of Personal Information, etc., in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act, BoostDraft will disclose such information to you without delay after confirming that the request is made by yourself. If such Personal Information, etc. does not exist, BoostDraft will notify you to that effect. However, this does not apply in cases where BoostDraft is not obligated to disclose such information under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations. Please note that a fee of 1,000 yen will be charged for each case of disclosure of Personal Information.

Article 8 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)

  1. If Personal Information in our possession is incorrect, BoostDraft will correct or delete the Personal Information upon your request in accordance with the procedures BoostDraft has established.
  2. If BoostDraft receives your request as described in the preceding clause and deem it necessary to respond to the request, BoostDraft will correct or delete the relevant Personal Information without delay and notify you of such correction or deletion.

Article 9 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc.)

If you request a suspension of use or deletion of Personal Information (hereinafter referred to as "Suspension of Use, etc.") on the grounds that Personal Information is used beyond the scope of the purpose of use, Personal Information is used in a manner that may encourage or induce illegal or unjust acts or Personal Information is collected through deceit or other improper methods, BoostDraft will conduct the necessary investigation without delay, and based on the results, BoostDraft will enforce Suspension of Use, etc. and notify you to that effect. However, in cases where Suspension of Use, etc. requires a large amount of expense or is otherwise difficult, and when alternative measures necessary to protect your rights and interests can be implemented, such alternative measures will be taken.

BoostDraft accepts your inquiry regarding the handling of Personal Information and responds to such inquiry appropriately and promptly.

Article 11 (Handling of Cookies, etc.)

  1. BoostDraft uses cookies to properly manage website visitors’ information and improve our services.
  2. BoostDraft uses Google Analytics, a service provided by Google LLC, to measure web traffic and improve our website and services. You may disable Google Analytics in your browser's add-on settings to stop the collection of your information through our use of Google Analytics.

BoostDraft shall periodically review the operational status of the handling of Personal Information, etc. to strive for continuous improvement and may change this Policy as necessary. In the event of any changes, BoostDraft will notify you of such changes on our website. However, in the case where changes to the Policy require your consent under the laws and regulations, BoostDraft shall obtain your consent in the manner prescribed by us.

Article 14 (Other Matters)

Matters related to the handling of customers' Personal Information that are not described in this Policy shall be in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act and other laws and regulations.
